KUNJO GOLD JEWELLERY provides gold and precious metal rates for information only.
1. Rates are indicative
The rates shown are for general information. They are not a quotation and not a binding offer, and they do not guarantee that any transaction can be carried out at that price. The price you actually pay or receive may be different.
Rates reach this service through market data feeds, internet connections, servers and your own device. Any of these can fail or lag. We do not warrant that rates are accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted.
2. This is not financial advice
Nothing here — rates, charts, alerts, news or calendar entries — is investment, financial or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell.
This is not a trading platform. You cannot buy or sell anything through it. Gold is bought and sold in person, at our shop.
3. Prices move, and that risk is yours
Gold prices are volatile and can change sharply without warning. A rate you see here can already be different by the time you act on it. Past prices and charts are not a guide to what the price will do next.
You are responsible for your own decisions and for any gain or loss that follows. KUNJO GOLD JEWELLERY is not responsible for any loss you suffer from using this service or from relying on a rate shown here.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KUNJO GOLD JEWELLERY is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this service — including trading losses, lost profits and lost opportunity — whether caused by an inaccurate rate, a delayed rate, a missing rate, a failed alert, an interruption to the service, or third-party content.
This service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer you keep all rights given to you by law.
5. Price alerts and notifications
There are two kinds, and you control both.
- Alerts you set — you choose a price, and the app tells you when the rate reaches it.
- Market movement notifications — if you turn them on, we may notify you when the gold price moves sharply, for example "Gold up $20". These say what the price has done. They are information, not advice, and never a suggestion to buy or sell.
You can turn notifications off at any time, in the app or in your phone's settings.
Alerts depend on your phone, your connection and your battery settings, which we do not control. An alert may be late, repeated, or may not arrive. Please do not rely on one as your only way of watching the price.
6. What we collect
Nothing that identifies you as a person. There is no sign-up, no login, and the app never sends us your name, your email, your phone number or your location.
One thing does come back to us, and only if you allow notifications: a code that identifies your installation of the app. It is the address Google needs in order to deliver a notification to your phone, and we keep a copy so we can send the alerts you asked for — and stop sending them the moment you switch them off. It is not attached to a name, an account, or anything else about you, and it changes if you reinstall the app.
Everything else is one way: the app *asks our server for information* — today's rates, our branch and bank details, our products — and sends nothing about you back.
7. What stays on your phone
Some things are saved on your own device so the app is useful. None of this is ever sent to us. We cannot see any of it.
- Price alerts you have set.
- Accounts you add yourself on the Profile screen, including any name and account number you type. This never leaves your phone.
- Cached content — rates, our branch and bank details, images — so the app still shows something when you have no signal.
- A note that you accepted this policy, and whether the app has already asked you for a permission.
To remove all of it, uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone's settings. You do not need to ask us, and there is nothing for us to delete at our end.
8. What other companies can see
Two parts of the app show things made by other companies. When those load, their servers see the request — including your IP address — and their own privacy policies apply, not ours.
- TradingView — the gauge and indicators on the Trends screen.
- Google Play — delivers and updates the app itself.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — only if you allow notifications. It is Google's service, and the only way to reach an Android app while it is closed. We give it a code that identifies your installation of the app, plus the words of the message. Nothing about you, because we have nothing.
We cannot see or delete what those companies hold. No app can. If you would rather TradingView saw nothing, do not open the Trends screen.
9. Permissions, and why
- Internet — to fetch the rates.
- Notifications, vibration, full-screen alert — so a price alert can reach you like an alarm.
- Ignore battery optimisation — optional, and only asked when you create your first alert. Android may otherwise hold an alert back while your phone is idle. The app works without it.
We do not ask for your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files, because we do not need them.
10. Children
This service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. If we change something that matters, the app will ask you to accept the new version next time you open it.
